How to Achieve Optimal Health Results in 2019

I don’t know about you but there were things in 2018 that did not go the way I had planned. Can you relate to that?

The bigger question is… what do we do? How do we not repeat the low parts of last year and how can we build on the good parts?

For me, the solution is simple, too simple really.


Ever try pumping water out of an old fashioned water pump? As you start pumping not much happens, but as you stick to the plan and keep pumping water begins to show up and then it really starts flowing.

But then what happens next? You settle for the amount of water that came out and YOU STOP PUMPING. The very action steps you took to create success you stop doing.

Why Do We Settle For Less Than Optimal Results?

It’s human nature really, but I see a different path for all of us coming up in 2019! Take a different action to achieve different results! The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. This is the year where you do something different and you achieve a different result.

That could be a health goal like losing weight or getting off some medications, it could be spending more time with the family, getting more rest, starting a hobby.

Whatever it is, to be successful it is all about CONSISTENTLY TAKING ACTION ON A DAILY OR WEEKLY BASIS:

  • To take care of your mind and body
  • Focus on maximizing your health
  • Focus on loving your family
  • Focus on building your finances
  • Focus on expanding your career
  • Focus on bringing happiness to other people’s lives
  • Focus on finding every person you can in our community that needs our help.

What Does Action Look Like In Your Life?

Look at where you spend your time and ask yourself if that action will add to or steal away from the things that are most important to you. And then take your life one hour or one day at a time. Don’t look at yesterday and don’t look too far ahead, JUST CONCENTRATE ON WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY. If you can make today a win then that is a success.

  • Yes, you need to be hungry for a better life.
  • Yes, you need to have a purpose for your life.
  • Yes, you must realize that God has a plan for your life and He has good things in store for you.

Today and every day I encourage you to take action so that you may achieve all you deserve. How many folks can you make smile today? How many folks can you let know that you care for them?

Even if you make 1 person’s life better today, you have made a difference!

At the end of the day, or at the end of this year, you and I will have a better life and everyone around you will know that you care about him or her. To me that’s what being alive is all about.

Wake up every day ready to go out and make life better for others, which in return will bring abundant peace, joy, and healing to your life.
