Removing Toxins to Repair Digestive Health

Today we’re really going to focus on removing toxins and repairing digestive health. Toxins are one of the biggest barriers that I see that’s weakening the immune system everyday. So, what you have to do is remove the toxins from your daily life.

The Toxins You Must Remove

What toxins do you have to search out and remove from your life:

  • Propylene glycol
  • Sodium sulfate
  • DEA
  • BPAs.

Where Are These Dangerous Toxins?

BPA’s exist in our plastics, so use glass when you’re preparing your food. Use really good quality cookware. Make sure that you’re not using a lot of processed foods in cans. Other toxins can be found in your personal care and cleaning products.

Why Are Toxins Such an Issue?

The reason why toxicity is such an issue is because it damages your gut system. Your digestive system in your gut gets all gunked up with bad foods and toxins and sugars and everything else. This ‘gunk’ starts to break the lining and stuff can go into your bloodstream and in your neurological system. That’s not supposed to be there. That’s autoimmune problems or leaky gut issues.

So, we have to get those toxins out and there’s an order.

  1. Focus on getting rid of your digestive problem with a colon cleanse or a digestive type of cleanse.
  2. Start closing health gaps with things like essential oils and other quality supplements like the Max GI that we use in our office.
  3. Go through and take a look at things like the kidneys and the liver and the blood. Start detoxing that last.
