Is It Time For A Health Reset?

Do you feel like your life has fallen off track? Do you need a health reset?

If your life is anything like mine, there are times of transition where it is simple to fall off track with health and many non-urgent, yet important areas of life.  When pressing issues come up that are urgent it seems that there is not enough time to workout, to eat right, to make appointments, to take personal relaxation time and, as a result, life becomes stressful.

How Being Too Busy Creates Stress

I recently experienced this when traveling, seminars, family events, and office events all took priority.  At the time, all of those things seemed like they were of the most urgent nature leaving little time to focus on my health.

As the week went on, I noticed how my nutrition was not on track because I didn’t plan ahead and, therefore, I went with the easy and convenient choice.  I was so focused on the urgent tasks at hand that I only worked out 1 day instead of my usual 4-5 days.  I told myself that I was so busy that my usual weekly tasks were pused to the side.

Does any of this sound familiar in your life?

At the end of the week I found myself tired, sore and my body working on fighting something off.  Basically, I was feeling the effects of not caring for myself.

At that point, I realized that this is how most people feel every day when they are not living a 5 Essentials Max Living lifestyle.  Most people just deal with their issues and have far worse effects than I felt in just one week.

Ignoring Poor Health Signals Can Lead To A Terrible Diagnosis

A recent patient really brought this to light for me.  She has been trying to get her mother into the office for months.  Finally her issues were bad enough and she was in enough pain that she decided to come into the office.

She had headaches almost daily, back pain, shoulder pain, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, poor sleep, allergies, kidney issues and she was on multiple medications.  After taking x-rays I found severe long-term subluxation, so it made sense why she was so sick.

When I talked to her about what we found she told me that she knew she needed the care, but she was just too busy to get in for care and make any changes.  I asked her:

What would it have to take and how bad does it have to get before she makes her health a priority?

In this case, and many others, the unfortunate result of this type of mentality leads to more significant health issues. Just yesterday my friend told me her mother was just diagnosed with CANCER.

This is why we do what we do and why we are so urgent with everything we say because lives are at stake.

Give Yourself Time For Re-Engage and Reset Your Health – You Can’t Afford Not To

So, ask your self what can I do to get more engaged?  Which areas of the 5 Essentials am I missing?  Where do I want my life to be in 1, 5, 10, 20 years and what am I doing to get there?  Is it time for me to push RESET and get back on track?

The good news is that your body is self-healing and it wants to be healthy.  The reason you are not at your optimum health potential is because there is interference blocking that God given healing power within you.

We exist to remove that interference and empower you to live a healthy life naturally!  Our office exists to help people eliminate unnecessary suffering, prevent and reverse disease and help families live a better life.
