Type 2 Diabetes is a Huge Health Problem

Diabetes will increase your risk for:

  • Heart disease
  • Kidney disease
  • Neuropathy
  • Blindness
  • and other major health issues.

According to recent research Type 2 Diabetes takes up to 10 years off of your life and it can cost between $5000-10,000 a year to effectively manage it.

Now, if you have diabetes or you know somebody that does, you probably don’t want to be taking drugs or shots of insulin for the rest of your life. And for good reason, because they don’t fix the problem. They actually causs more chemical stress on your body and wreaks havoc on your overall health.

Insulin is actually one of the worst things for your body. That’s why it’s so important to better control your blood sugar. Because when your blood sugar’s out of control, your body has to secrete more insulin.

If you have diabetes and your body’s not creating enough insulin, you have to artificially inject it which is very toxic. Insulin itself is also dangerous to your cells, will put excess stress on your nervous system, and will take years off your life.

So balancing blood sugar is huge.

How To Balance Your Blood Sugar

1. Stop Consuming Sugar

The number one way to balance your blood sugar nutritionally is to stop taking in so much sugar!

Stop drinking or eating sugar and all the things that turn into sugar. Things like fruit, all types of grains and pastas and breads all becomes sugar.

Eating too much protein also becomes sugar in your body.

So nutrition, wise you should focus on good healthy fats, lots of healthy vegetables, and limited amounts of protein so you’re not putting so much sugar into your body.

2. Exercise More

When you exercise your muscles take in that sugar, they take in that glucose and you don’t need as much insulin. So the more you exercise, the better your metabolism is, and the more your muscles are going to use the sugar versus sitting in your bloodstream, so you will create more insulin naturally.

3. Reduce Stress

When you’re overstressed, especially too much emotional stress, your body secretes cortisol. Cortisol is a stress hormone. It increases inflammation and it affects chemical function in your body, so it’s going to cause more insulin release, and insulin resistance leading to diabetes.

4. Chiropractic Care

One area that you probably never thought of and most doctors have probably never talked to you about is regular chiropractic care. It is essential because the chemicals in your body are regulated by the nervous system.

Your pancreas, your muscles, your tissues, your organs are all controlled by the nervous system. Your spine is what surrounds and protects that nervous system. If your spine is out of alignment in any way, it will create nerve stress.

Nerve stress will shut down your body’s ability to adapt and lead to issues like diabetes and other health problems. So to get healthy, you want to get to the cause.
