Good Health Principles

#1 Your body is self healing and self regulating.

#2 Health and healing is completely controlled by your brain and your nervous system, and this is a perfect system.

It operates at 100%, 100% of the time. It doesn’t need any help. It can just not have any difference.

#3 Nothing can interfere with the communication from the brain to the body.

If you understand these principles of health and start basing your health decisions based upon these principles, you’ll notice a huge
change. You’ll move out of the reactive, sick care model of treating symptoms and disease to the more proactive healthcare model where you’re actually building function and helping your body reach an optimum health potential.

Do You Know Where Your Body Has Interference?

One of the most important things that we do here in our office with every single patient is we measure function and we look for any areas of interference. Within Chiropractic, one of the biggest areas of interference is what’s called subluxation. Your brain and your nervous system is surrounded by your skull and your spinal canal. This has to have a specific structure and it has to be functioning in a specific way.

An over abundance of stress in our lives: emotional, physical, and chemical causes misalignments in the spine. The spine actually shifts out of its normal alignment.

That is subluxation. This interferes with the normal function of the brain and the nervous system. This causes a dysregulation, a
disease of your body.

Subluxation = Poor Healing

When you have subluxation your body is no longer healing correctly. It’s no longer repairing and regenerating correctly.

Immediately, within just seconds of that subluxation, your body begins to break down. Within weeks, spinal degeneration, brain, nervous system degeneration begins to form.

You may not even feel the symptoms or the effects for months, even years to come.

That’s why one of the most important thing you can do to truly get healthy is to get your brain and nervous system checked.
