That time of the year where you got itchy eyes, sneezing, plugged up sinuses. You’re not feeling at your best.

What I want to do is give you hope today. It doesn’t have to be this way. Year after year it doesn’t have to be allergy season.

Chronic Allergies Are A Major Pain in the U.S.

Allergies are one of the most common chronic conditions in the United States right now. In fact chronic allergies are the fifth most diagnosed chronic condition that we have. As many as one in five people suffer from allergies unnecessarily.

How Can You Heal Your Body of Allergies?

You can help your body heal naturally and restore it to a normal state. Because allergies is an abnormal state which means there is some type of an interference in your body that’s causing this issue to happen.

Remove Medications

One of the biggest issues is toxicity. That’s why medications don’t work. They can help you cover up symptoms and maybe manage conditions, however, they are always toxic. And there is always side effects to medications. So really that is not the solution.

Improve Your Diet

If you’re constantly putting in processed foods and toxic foods, especially sugars, you need to stop. Very high toxic level foods and inorganic foods interfere with your immune system.

A poor diet affects your digestive system and it is actually going to stimulate your body to start attacking itself. That is what allergies are doing.

Make sure you’re getting rid of those sugary, processed foods. Start getting more natural, whole foods. Especially things like:

  • cruciferous vegetables
  • garlic
  • mushrooms
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • fermented foods.

These are real immune boosting type foods  that also improve digestive function.

Drink More Water

Make sure you’re drinking lots of water. At least half your body weight in ounces per day.
